Grace Wu, Director, Quality Standards and Initiatives

As Director, Quality Standards and Initiatives, Grace is accountable for maintaining the high standards for processes and products. Grace led the engineering team to adopt the CMMI methodology in the engineering process to ensure consistency and excellence in all deliverables. Previously, Grace was in the role of Director, Testing.

Prior to joining Clochase in 2008, Grace spent many years in several software services companies, working on numerous large-scale projects for companies such as Microsoft, British Telecom, and NEC. She specialized in software quality assurance and engineering process management. In addition to having a rich practical background in this area, Grace also has a strong theoretical foundation which benefits Clochase's clients.

Grace has a Bachelor of Computer Science and Technology from Jishou University, China.
