
This is a practice area Clochase initially began with. This is due primarily to the background and experience that our founders had at the time of formation of the company. The experience in this area is focused on the operational side of the business as opposed to the back-office business processes that are often viewed by our competitors as telecommunications experience.
Clochase has designed/built/delivered solutions for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 providers within Canada. Our experience covers the full range from ordering, through to provisioning, billing, and integration to legacy systems. The solutions developed for one of Canada's largest integrated telecommunications companies have enabled them to launch new targeted service solutions to their clients in an average of 45 days. By abstracting the interface to the backend systems from the activities required to interject the service providers and deliver the solution to the clients, Clochase has taken a once difficult task and simplified to its component parts.
This business practice strives to maintain its ability to deliver and support of the latest trends in this industry. To this end, we have recently built a "voice" service that was launched by a major, business focused ISP. In addition to the usual components that a service launch would include, this platform/portal will provide the main interaction point that they will have with their clients for the delivery of all services. This will enable the provider to become an industry leader as related to client manage delivery and support.
