Clochase brings together years of Telco and critical industries experience to deliver solutions field tested and proven in Canada’s largest fixed line, mobile and broadband provider. Clochase founders have over 30 years experience in Product Definition and Development, System Engineering and Integration, and Professional Services. This breadth of experience allows Clochase to bring a different perspective to client engagements whether these engagements are focused on systems integration, new product development or process/workflow improvements.
For the last four years, Clochase has been providing consulting services to the Telco industry in Canada, specifically focusing on the deployment of VAS services in the broadband and mobile markets. The services provided by Clochase were targeted mainly towards product development, solutions integration, deployment, and services management.
Clochase has developed a service-driven infrastructure (iVAS™) that is designed to manage the interactions between ISP’s and value-added service providers. iVAS™ integrates with service providers via real-time web services enabling Telcos to reduce the complexity of the sales channel and improve the subscriber order cycle. This leads to an increased conversion rate between order and subscriber activation. In addition to simplifying the connections with the service providers, iVAS™ integrates with the Telcos internal billing and provisioning functions and even supports third-party billing option such credit card. Once deployed within a Telco, the iVAS™ framework supports customer data mining, enabling marketing and product development personnel to gain a deeper insight into customer browse and purchase activities.
As was announced at the Next Generation Telcom China show in October 2005, Clochase is in the process of establishing a presence in China with the introduction of the iVAS™ Solution Framework and Professional Services capabilities. Clochase has spent the last year looking for skilled resources that will uphold our core values and principles. Clochase has recently established an R&D center in China and is actively exploring new areas in the Chinese Telecommunications marketplace.
